Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. The Concept Lab requires that all panel members and visitors to our platform adhere to the following Terms of Use. By registering as a panel member and/or accessing our platform, you indicate your acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms of Use, you should not register or use The Concept Lab platform. The term "you" or "your" refers to panel members and visitors to The Concept Lab platform.
These Terms of Use govern:
– Your membership in The Concept Lab consumer insights panel
– Your participation in surveys, product evaluations, and research activities
– Your use of our website and related services
– The rewards program and incentives
– Confidentiality requirements
The Concept Lab may change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content. We may also impose limits on certain features and services and/or restrict your access to parts or all of our platform without notice or liability of any kind.
Panel Membership
Your membership in The Concept Lab panel is voluntary and may be terminated by either party at any time. To maintain active membership status, you must:

– Comply with all panel rules and guidelines
– Keep your contact information current
Research Participation
As a panel member, you may be invited to:

Restrictions on Use
All materials, information, surveys, product concepts, designs, and other content provided through The Concept Lab (the "Contents") are confidential and owned or controlled by The Concept Lab or its clients unless otherwise noted. Any unauthorized use of the Contents may violate confidentiality agreements, intellectual property rights, and other laws. Contents may not be shared, copied, distributed, published, posted, or transmitted in any way without prior written consent from The Concept Lab.
Panel Activity Guidelines
As a panel member, you agree to:
– Keep all product concepts and unreleased information strictly confidential
– Not share survey questions or content with others
– Not capture screenshots or recordings of research materials
– Not discuss specific research activities on social media or public forums
– Use the platform only for authorized research activities
– Not attempt to influence other panel members’ opinions
Submissions and Feedback
When you provide feedback, ideas, suggestions, photos, videos or other content ("Submissions") as part of panel activities:
– You grant The Concept Lab right to use Submissions for research purposes
– You confirm you have rights to share any content you submit
– You understand no compensation beyond standard panel rewards will be provided
– You acknowledge Submissions may be shared with clients in anonymous form
– You agree not to submit inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful content
Digital Millennium Copyright Act
The Concept Lab has registered as a Service Provider with the United States Copyright Office in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (the "Act").
Limitation of Liability
THE CONCEPT LAB WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR INJURY CAUSED BY YOUR PARTICIPATION IN PANEL ACTIVITIES OR USE OF OUR PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
– Technical issues or platform unavailability
– Lost or delayed rewards
– Errors in research materials or product information
– Unauthorized access to your account
– Issues with receiving or using incentives
– Data loss or privacy breaches despite our security measures
Panel-Specific Disclaimers
YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT:
– Panel membership does not guarantee selection for any specific research activities
– Rewards and incentives may vary based on participation
– Product concepts shown may never reach market
– Early access to information does not constitute investment advice
– Participation times are estimates and may vary
– Technical requirements for participation may change
– Not all submissions or feedback will be used
THE CONCEPT LAB'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL LOSSES, DAMAGES, AND CAUSES OF ACTION WILL NOT BE GREATER THAN THE TOTAL REWARDS VALUE YOU HAVE EARNED IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE INCIDENT.
Data Usage and Privacy
You acknowledge that:
– Your survey responses will be used for research purposes
– Demographic information will be used to match you with relevant studies
– Anonymous feedback may be shared with product development teams
– Your privacy is protected as detailed in our Privacy Policy

Panel Membership Termination

Upon termination
– Outstanding rewards will be processed if eligible

While The Concept Lab welcomes international panel members, our services are primarily designed for and targeted to United States residents. If you participate from outside the United States:
